Marcus Gronholm and Andreas Eriksson in the new Ford Fiesta... against Nobuhiro ‘Monster’ Tajima in his Suzuki SX4 and Mark Rennison in his Ford RS200 12.42 miles, 4720 vertical feet climb, trying to break 10 minute barrier. Then of course there is always this as an alternative race to the top. My boss, who makes Clint Eastwood look like a pu$$y, ran the half in 3:55. At age 55! We did engines, and machine work, for a few guys who raced up the Peak. Crazy, crazy people. The Japanese always brought over some very high tech equipment.
