kurtm
I don't carry spares anymore. If mine breaks my buddy's won't and vise versa, if they both break, it is time for a beer as the shooting gods were not favorable that day. KurtM
Singlestack
For me it would be a thumb safety, I have broken FAR more of them than any other part of a 1911 based gun..... OMG, I have a brother! I break thumb safeties too.
Holshot
Pre fitted extractor. I carry the rest of the stuff but have only ever needed the extractor. Good Luck
Fireant
I carry an extra gun, the last thing I want to have to do is fix a gun at the safe area. I loose things on my work bench, I can only imagine what I'd loose out on the range.

SLM
One spare gun. I've seen guns with nothing apparent wrong just quit working.
dajarrel
I"m with HSSMITH and Singlestack, I tend to break thumb safeties. (that reminds me, I need to fit the one I bought last month ) dj
22 shooter
I had a firing pin break last month. Usually kept one, never needed it so I put it in a new gun and then it breaks. Got another spare now. The only other spare part is an extractor

KurtM I'm with kurtm here because whenever I've had to fix a gun, I never shoot well after that. So, high maintenance all the time.
Chris Keen
I would vote for extractor.
