ima45dv8
I'm a junky for cuts that have a strong guitar lead. Even though I was a percussionist in a former life, nothing moves me quite like a song with a killer guitar taking me home. So here's the deal -- list your top three (and only three, 'cause I get confused easily) cuts that stir your soul with guitar work fit for the ages. Give title and artist. Here's a starter: 1) "Europa -- Earth's Cry, Heaven's Smile" -- Carlos Santana 2) "Lazy" -- Black Sabbath/Richie Blackmore 3) "Little Wing - Live" (rare bootleg cut) -- Stevie Ray Vaughan So, what moves you? ...Mark
ChuckS
There are so many but here are three that come to mind: 1) "Freeway Jam" Jeff Beck 2) "Communication Breakdown" Jimmy Page 3) "Intro/Sweet Jane" Rock and Roll Animal, Dick Wagner and Steve Hunter (OK, that's 2 guitars )

vrmn1
Mark you're killing me limiting me to 3 but I will do my best. 1) SRV Tightrope (the best version is on his Austin City Limits DVD). 2) Ozzy Crazy Train ( which I can play all of except one little chromatic run I know what Randy is doing but I can't make my fingers do it) 3) Pantera Shattered Being limited to 3 is hard, I didn't get to list anything from Clapton, BB King, John Lee Hooker, Elmore James, ZZ Top, Red Volkaert, (figure out who he is) Bill Kerchen, ect
ima45dv8
I understand Tony. 3 is tough! But there's so many threads/polls wanting to know "...your single favorite [whatever]..." and that's almost impossible for me. 3 gives us a little wiggle room.
