BritinUSA
Based on this year I would say about 3-4 months before the match is due.. But I'm sure that Kim will leap in here and correct me if I'm wrong.
joer
Now who picked this place? 7 1/2 hours to get there from the East coast, no direct flights, and expensive airfare. Plus it is at the beginning of the season - and the Nationals are still not back to back. Let me check my calendar - the Super Bowl must be this weekend..... How fast do you drive? From eastern PA it is 2,331 mi (about 1 day 15 hours) according to Google Maps. For the guys on the East coast this is a 'must fly' match. I'm thinking that it might be 7 1/2 hours flying time from the Atlantic coast - with some recreational transfers and stop offs on the way.

Fireant
Doesn't matter where you put it, someone is going to be 3000 miles away. Yeah, but it's normally when I can't get the time off work so I can blame it on something else.
