ipscbob
I used to read it cover to cover but lately it seems to be a lot of "Soap Box" articles from those with political or special interest goals in mind. Too bad...... Edited September 20, 2006 by ipscbob
Gameplayer
I'm new to USPSA so I find it to be informative. But not as well as this forum. I prefer it over any other magazine.
JFlowers
While I prefer it to the other gun magazines out there, I wish there were more technical and instructional articles. I like the reloading columns and other sections and want more. I also wish it was more frequent. While I like the "history" articles and all, after a while they seem ... repetitive. A magazine will never be as reactive and timely as a forum like BrianEnos.Com, but I think Front Sight has room for growth.
kimel
If we want better/more articles someone has to write them. If you have a good idea for an article run it past Robin. If you need help with editing etc there are a number of folks here on the forum that can help (myself included). Front Site does pay for articles. You won't get rich writing for them but $100 here and there helps.
kevin c
As a new shooter, cover to cover. Nowadays, match announcements, rules, and the columns on reloading and equipment are all I have time for.
EricW
I thought the IPSC history articles were some of the best material ever put in FS.
Overkill
I dont read the stuff about the junior program, or the match reports from the Section X regional in podunk, but I read everything else.
nontactical
It seems to me that FS is an underutilized information outlet. There are very few good sources of info about this sport (this forum being an obvious exception) and I think they could do more with it.
mlmiller1
I used to enjoy the Ron Avery articles but he should stay out of politics & talk about how to shoot better. Just my opinion, though. It is the best mag out there for our sport, though. I have read some great articles that have inspired me to attend certain matches. I enjoy the historical stories as well since I wasn't around shooting back then. MLM
