cmpar
So I've decided to enter the USPSA game. Watched a local match, and it looks like loads of fun! Tomorrow I pick up my Springfield XD9 Tactical. It comes with a holster and one dual magazine holder, and I have already purchase an additional Uncle Mike's dual mag. holder. I also plan to purchase 3 more magazines tomorrow. Having said all that, I'm looking for advice on which belt to purchase. Call me strange, but I'd prefer to use a belt the really looks like a belt...If that's possible. I will be shooting in the Production Division. Any advice you can offer on belts and/or other equipment would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tim

Scout454
Go to http://thewilderness.com/ and order an Instructors Belt - specifically the Combat Shooters Model. It's as stiff or stiffer than the CR Speed and it looks like a belt. I wear one every day and have for 6 or 7 years now. XD Niner
I bought a leather Rafter S leather belt which works fine for a Production rig nearly identical to what you describe. It also works great just to hold up my jeans. However, I now have a CR Speed belt and it is much better for competition purposes. It also cost a few bucks less IIRC. steel1212
I have the wilderness instructors belt in the Combat shooters model 1.75 width and love it. If I didn't wear scrubs everyday I would wear that belt!
