alloutdoors
Does anyone know if the Kestrel or Lady Hawk are CCP legal in IDPA?

Jim Watson
CCP Box is 7.75 x 5.375 x 1.375 Kestrel is 7.85 x 5.4 x 1.27 So is Ladyhawk.

If accurate that's pretty close. I bet it could be messaged into the box. Just cut that beaver tail back a little and maybe install shorter sights. There is also some wiggle room in the box most of the time.

It is as accurate as the IDPA rule book and the Nighthawk catalog. I have seen Box shenanigans that would make you shoot USPSA.

Jim Watson
If that were so, I think I would see a lot more Wilsons on the range.

Jim Watson
Yes, but one problem is the multiplicity of models and variants. It can be hard to find somebody to report on EXACTLY the gun you are interested in. The catalog is all I have for these oddball guns.
