Storing gun powder in cold temperatures

Will it harm gun powder to leave it in the trunk of my car for several days when the temperatures are between 35 and 60 degrees.

High temperatures are bad for powder storage.  The cold storage should present no problem.

I disagree,, Ive had powders for decades, they get 100 plus in summer, below freezing in winter,, I got out of shooting for 10 years and just getting back into reloading, all my loads with these old powders stored in a metal locker in a metal building, still chrono where they did a decade ago.

I keep my powder and primers in a old refrigerator (unplugged) In the garage.  don't have to worry about heat, humidity.   I keep my excess primers in a old Gatorade ice cooler, it will hold 5 federal sleeves.  just throw some emitters in a ice cooler and put it in your truck

Never had a problem with any of my powders in cold or hot temp storage.

Folks will say it doesn’t matter but the manufacturers won’t. I personally wouldn’t worry about cold.
