Fasthenk65
Maybe stupid newbie question: If I have a MPX with 16" barrel and want to purchase a CF handguard how long should it be? Looking at Isler and options are 13,5 or 15.... TNX!! Link to comment
Gregg K
I would go with the 12.25" but I have short arms. I would figure out exactly where you grip the forearm and then just go a little extra, no need to have it any longer unless you want to mount lights or lasers on the end. Any longer than what you need and you are just paying more to add weight. Link to comment
mstamper
I have the 12.25" Isler carbon fiber hand guard. on my Gen 2 MPX it fits perfectly Link to comment
Startingover
If you want less weight and are not going to hang anything on it, the shorter is better. If you dont mind the tiny amount of extra weight of another 1.5" of carbon fiber, and/or you possibly might need to put a laser or light (night match) out there, the extra length allows you to do that, and have it be less likely to interfere with your normal grip. TNREDNECK
Smoke composites 14 inch they feel unbelievable cheaper then isler and just as good , customer service unbeatable , I just received 2 (14) and shot with them yesterday. Best I have ever shot my PCC and the conditions were crummy, also check out there new finger stop. Let them know your competition shooter 20% off . Link to comment
