RDS of your choice,

Mag extensions from TT, TF or SP. I liked the TF.

A one piece SS guide rod with a 1911 5" flat wire recoil spring (13 or 14lbs should work)

I liked an Apex Flat Trigger, It reduces the pre and over travel to a great deal.

A trigger spring kit from Sprinco (you need to call to order) - with the above trigger, the set up gave me a trigger like 1911's at 2.5lbs-ish.

That all said, the top two are all you need for the CO.

Deltapoint pro 2.5 MOA

For mags, a TTI +5 extension with a Grams spring and follower for the P320 will get you 23 rounds in the mags, although they won’t lock open when empty.

TTI extensions with grams guts

Jpoint or shield rms 8moa red dot for a ultra low rds. cowitness is possible with a .010+ taller front sight

Jager glock gen 4 long/heavy guide rod

13-14lb recoil spring. I like 14lb

Home Depot spring pack for many trigger return springs

Powder river precision XDM FPB safety spring

Those 2 springs with minimal polishing will get you a 2lb 2oz trigger with a positive reset. The FPB spring is a must for this to happen

This is exactly what I run in my Q5 match

Is this for the poly or the steel frame?

Poly
The SF needs some modification to allow for other guide rods to work. There’s a thread on here somewhere talking about it.
