software to compare 2 people

I've seen it where 2 people are compared side by side in a split screen. The start beeps are identical and you can really see where one gains or loses time to the other.

 

 

But how is it done? And can a person with no budget and an android phone do it?

That only works on apple phones.

If i was gonna spend money on something like that, i would try to do that ghost type dill that Chris tilley does.  But i have no camera or computer skills so that aint happening

Pic Frame for IPhone also works pretty well. I use it all the time to do runs one over the other to identify deficiencies in movement especially and transitions between myself and another shooter. Its pretty legit.
