action camers

can anyone recommend a camera i can use for shooting action shots?

video camera or SLR camera?

 

For video, anything that will do 60FPS will work

For photography, any decent Digital SLR will work.

 

Knowing how to effectively use them is another thing.

I use a Sony fdr x-3000 on recommendation from a few on here.  

 

I just record at 1080p so 4k one might not be necessary.

3m Scotch Extreme velco on the side of my ear muffs and on the camera battery cover.

I usually leave it on.

 

Just hit the start and stop button when I want to film.
