GregInAtl
For some reason all of a sudden, the cases are not being pushed over far enough when they fall down the case feed tube into the adapter. Any ideas how to remedy: https://onedrive.live.com/?cid=DB47DC163CE98F54&id=DB47DC163CE98F54!3502&parId=DB47DC163CE98F54!3356&o=OneUp Edited December 11, 2017 by GregInAtl
GR8GIFT
Looks like you have a plastic bushing missing that goes where your arrow is pointing to. On my .45 ACP setup the bushing is red. Not sure what caliber you're loading but that bushing would be with your caliber conversion kit.

Cases still won't drop It looks to me like it's not being pushed to the left far enough for the cases to drop into, see link to video: https://onedrive.live.com/?cid=DB47DC163CE98F54&id=DB47DC163CE98F54!3502&parId=DB47DC163CE98F54!3356&o=OneUp Edited December 11, 2017 by GregInAtl
BritinUSA
Did you check the items on page 37/38 that may impact the case dropping? http://dillonhelp.com/Dillon Manual PDFs/Dillon-XL650-Manual-May-2007.pdf
GregInAtl
After I pull the operating handle, I end up having to push where the yellow arrow is to get the case to drop into the adapter
BritinUSA
Can you post a picture from the front of the press, with the handle all the way down?
noexcuses
pull it apart and clean it up, a lot of dirt and grit can get in there. I lube mine with hornady case lube. Might even have to clearance it a bit with a file

You can, and should, adjust this according to the manual without removing material from any surface.
Youngeyes
My 650 is a little different but yours should have an adjustment screw that keeps the piece that you show with a yellow arrow from coming out too far. It looks like your adjustment screw is too far out. That's the screw to the side of your yellow arrow in the picture. The 650 I'm familiar with has that screw in the top, not on the side. Pull the handle all the way and tighten that screw. It should keep the piece from traveling too far. That's what causes you to have to push it back. L3324temp
You likely need to adjust the triangular wedge that actuates the lever your yellow arrow points to. Listen the Allen key and push the wedge closer to the shell plate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
