this was donated to a local club, No sure of model or gun smith. If any one has an idea of who built it or possible value I would really appreciate any help, I will be able to check it out  this Saturday at the match and should at least have model number.

Definitely a Bianchi gun with the barricade wings, the bottom thumb rest for holding it against the barricade and modified lower lug.  Barrel has been replaced (but you knew that) and it would need a mover adjuster (Stick-Shift) to be up-to-date.  It looks pretty close to what I started with in '97, probably a low dash number 686 since the firing pin is on the hammer.

Damn pretty revolver!!  Bill nailed it above....depends upon finding someone looking to get into Bianchi style shooting as to what it's worth.

Yep - older Open Class Bianchi gun. Finger stop on top of the barrel to keep finger from going over the muzzle while shooting Barricade. Probably built that way originally. Looks like a fixed sight K or L frame, 64, 65, 681 maybe.
