DreGarciaTAT2
I think that's a fantastic concept... I would like to see this in person. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
usmc1094
The fire selection board on the back of the grip is the exact one that's on my spyder paintball gun. If they plan on it shooting as fast as that thing can, look out cuz the barrel is gonna melt.
Vlad
Increase accuracy "exponentially" ? Err ... no, that's not how any of this works. So it has a mechanical failover, great if the thing fails dead, what if fails the other way? What if crud gets in there in bridges the contact? What if crud gets between the trigger and the contact point and the circuit doesn't get closed? Keep that crap away from my rifle. shred
ATF is particular about what they will or won't approve for semi-autos in regards electronic triggers.
bronson630
Long flat trigger on semi-auto could yield a high fire rate using 2 fingers like a paintball gun.
caspian guy
I'd be shocked if the technical branch would approve that. Looks like it'd be way too easy to mod that to do something bad.
3djedi
My guess is the government loves this. I'm sure it would be required to have an RF chip in it for law enforcement to shut it down...... But at least there is a mechanical override......for now. Vlad
That's is part of why we try to keep this sort of thing from catching on. Eventually we'll lose, but its worth doing it.
kneelingatlas
I've shot an electronic trigger on a single shot .22 Olympic Free Pistol; the pull weight was 17 grams
ctay
Seems pretty cool. I've been wondering how long it would take to get the same technology that makes paintball guns so fast into my rifle. If your worried about da gubment shutting down your gun you could always wrap it in tin foil! ☺
Vlad
If your worried about da gubment shutting down your gun you could always wrap it in tin foil! ☺ It isn't entirely paranoia, I live in a state that has a smart gun law on the books.
