kneelingatlas
http://www.gunsprings.com/index.cfm?page=items&cID=3&mID=73 8.5 too much hammer spring for you? Can't seem to get a light strike on a Federal primer? Try a 7.5# or an 8! Something I realized while swapping springs in my Dan Wesson revolver I thought I would scribe in the annals of the interwebs before I forget is that the hammers springs are compatible with CZs. steel1212
Lol ummm no thanks. I have a 11.5 in mine and it's pretty much federal only. Tried the 8.5s and if you where off on squishing the federals in there it would lite strike. Also the trigger feels mushier the lower you go in my opinion. eerw
Have seen one where the mainspring was cut like 6 coils. hammer flopped back and forth, but it worked with FED. fun stuff.
tortuga
For some reason I am picturing a Dan Wesson revolver with a bunch of holes milled in the barrel shroud. And a *thumb rest [generic]*.

BeerBaron
lol, the trigger would be pretty light with a 7.5! I can't even imagine how light. as someone mentioned though it may not feel that great being so light.
thompsoncustom
Great Info I'm gonna have to buy one of these now. How does the spring compare length wise? I've thought about taking a 8.5lb hammer spring and turning it down till I get light primer strikes but if there next to the same spring then this seems like a better place to start.
