Tcon260
So I'm getting back into 3 gun after 7 years of shooting only long range rifle. I need a new barrel and comp on my Colt AR. Ya…I know that it is not rocket science to purchase a barrel and install it. But I don't want to mess with it my self. Who should I send the upper to for the work? sarge863
Just buy the barrel and have a local smith put it on. No need to send it anywhere.
EkuJustice
I say stay local or see if anyone has the tools to swap it for ya. Shipping adds up quick. And it's a very simple job. Going local or doing it yourself also allows you to clock the comp to you and your gun
twowheels
Without question, have somebody local do it or buy a few tools and do it yourself. Its easier than changing the oil on most new cars.

warpspeed
You asked so here would be my two choices: Benny Hill @ Triangle Shooting Sports Jim Lambert @ Firebird Precision Both forum sponsors.
