How to disconect the magazine disconnect?

Ken,

I've been there and done that and it's not too hard. You need to remove the sear block from the frame to remove the mag disconnect feature of your pistol. Here is a link to Dan Burwell's step by step instructions to do this and this will solve your problem:

Hope this helped.

You can also remove the sear disconnector while you're at it and takedown happens just like a Glock (you pull the trigger instead of flipping the lever).

I'm not sure if the gun would be production legal if you remove the sear disconnect since it serves as a saftey to make you look down the gun to verify its clear to break it down but I could be wrong. But yes, once the mag saftey is removed you can break it down just by pulling the trigger with out doing anything with the sear disconnect lever.
