I called the US distributor and they said at least two months or maybe more before they get any more back in the country. Did some research and decided to try Alliant e3 after several recommendations. Ordered from Graf and Sons. Cheers.

  8. Folks, We had a rifle donated by Colt that did not make it in by the time of the match so we were not able to put it on the prize table. We have decided to do a random drawing of all competitors to give it away and the winner is John Tesch. Congratulations John! Thanks, Ken

  17. We are pleased to announce the dates for the 2014 Brownells US 3 Gun Amateur and Junior National Championships which will be held September 26-28, 2014. Out side Fayette, MO. We will again use the Lewis Class format of scoring which was hugely popular at the 2013 match. We are working to get Pro shooters to come and RO and shoot in their own class for bragging rights and a nice trophy. Having Kurt Miller, Trapr Swanson and Tim Ubl at the 2013 match as RO's was a huge success. We will also be holding a 3 gun clinic on Thursday the 25th in the afternoon for anyone looking to get some great instruction from Pro shooters before the match. Please visit our website: www.amateur3gunnationals.com for more info. Entry form enclosed. Thanks, Ken 2014 Amateur Nationals Entry.doc
  18. Randy, who are you talking about? If it is Kurt Miller, he is coming to RO the match. Also, if you remember, there were no 3 Gun Nation Pros at the 2013 Midwest Match. Ken
  19. We have decided to run the Brownell's US Amateur and Junior National Championships as a two day match (Saturday and Sunday) There will still be 9 stages and we will shoot at least 7 stages on Saturday. We should be done by noon on Sunday. Thanks, Ken
  20. We are going to do a modified order of finish starting with 1st place in A Class, 1st place B Class 1st place C Class then 2nd, A, 2nd in B, 2nd in C etc. so in my opinion, better than random. 8th place in C class will walk the table almost the same time as 8th in A class. I hope this is not confusing. In a nutshell, all three classes will be picking from the prize table at the same time in order of class finish. Again, the objective here is to allow everyone a shot at a national title as well as a shot at a great prize.
  21. In an effort to encourage junior shooters and help defer some of the expense for a family to attend matches, we have decided to waive the entry fee for any junior that who is accompanied by a paying adult for this match. The match will be scored in a Lewis Class system which means each division will be broken out into 3 classes, A, B and C class based upon the top, middle and bottom thirds of where everyone finishes in that class. The adults and the juniors will have their own respective championships. There will be an A Class, B Class and C Class National Champion in each division and corresponding 2nd, 3rd, 4th places etc. What this means for the shooters is a chance to be the first Amateur National Champion in our sport. There will be 15 National Champions just in the amateur adult part of the competition. The junior side will be scored in the same Lewis Class System. Please visit our website: www.amateur3gunnationals.com for more info. The website is in the process of an upgrade with more info. Entry form enclosed. Thanks, Ken
  22. Folks, Since the addition of the Junior National Part of this match, we have decided to waive the match fee for any junior shooter as long as he or she is accompanied by a paying adult. We feel it is important to support these shooters and lessen the financial burden on their families. Again, we will score this match in a Lewis Class format for both Adult Amateurs and Juniors and the only restriction is if you are shooting the 3 Gun Nation Pro Series, you cannot attend. This means there will be an A, B and C class National Champion in each division for adults and the same for juniors. Please visit our website for ongoing info: www.amateur3gunnationals.com Thanks, Ken
