warpspeed
Nufinish works just fine. I have been using it with the walnut media and find it to be more than adequate. I use it strait - no add.

Steve RA
Actually, it isn't so much for "cleaning" as it is for the polishing and shine. Also, it puts a minute amount of wax on the brass which helps the shine last longer.

Steve RA
I use it with corncob for final polish. I just pour a line about 1/8th wide all the way around and then run it - without brass - until all the clumps break up. That lasts until I replace the whole batch of corncob. rback
I haven't seen any difference between the franklin armory that came with the tumbler, hornady one shot, and Nufinish. Idunno I don't see what all the excitement is about. My main problem with the tumbler is all of the dust from the the walnut media. After a couple of thousand rounds it seems to be more dust than media. I've tried adding mineral spirits, dryer sheets, etc with no improvement. Steve RA
Run it outdoors and and also seperate out there and don't worry about the dust.

goldfish
Used this method for years, turtle wax & used dryer sheets for dust control. Worked well.
Red Ryder
The mineral spirits does the cleaning and the Nu Finish does the polishing!
