2alpha
I just learned that the Single Stack Classic next year will have the top 10 oevrall go to the prize table and then it will be a drawing for the rest of the prizes. That sucks!!! It seems to be a trend to listen to the whiney babies complain that they never win anything and to set up these lotteries instead of rewarding performance. Can i just send in my entry and get in the drawing? Where did I put Ms Cleo's phone number? JJ
icer
Couldn't agree more.......drawing prize tables stink. Let the best shooter win......they usually practice the most and deserve it anyway.

Chriss Grube
Come on guys, mine plan for next year was to sit on my ass, not practice, not worry how I shot and win by luck of the draw. Then if I don't win I can whine that the drawing was rigged! Why work when somebody will give you stuff for free?
benos
Wow, the freaky thing is that I didn't do the double post on purpose. Emotion is a powerful force.
Phil Dunlop
Its rediculous allocating prizes on that basis, it should be done on height, short persons first, as they are most often disadvantaged by course design.
Chriss Grube
No the wee people have the advantage on all those low ports. Not to mention you don't have to reach as far to reload, pick brass and tie your shoes.
Flexmoney
Being nearly seven feet tall and close to three-hundred pounds has its problems too.
Kyle Norris
My good friend and coach Phil Strader has said that although short people can get something to stand on, tall people can't dig a trench.... That said, my 12 year old little brother does have problems at times.
Shooter Grrl
Ummm - back to prize tables (but i'm getting to the short person's remarks) I think the raffle system has some merit for certain types of local matches only. In most cases, I can always use more tee shirts in bright green :-)
ErikW
The mistake is calling it a "prize table," a loaded term with certain expectations. Call it something else: door prize, raffle, lottery, etc.
