PhilD
I'm using Silhouette, meters well, and is very clean for me. Out of a Glock 17. MG JHP 115 gr OAL 1.160" 8.0 gr 172 PF 8.4 gr gives me 175 PF. Edited November 5, 2012 by PhilD

DVC1911
Hello everyone, For match loads I am currently using: 3n38 8.8 grains 1.170 OAL Berry rnd 124gr 1400fps Excellent load very clean and not temperature sensitive. Give it a try. Mark
MoNsTeR
Does 3N38 heat the gun up like crazy the way 3N37 does?

DVC1911
"Does 3N38 heat the gun up like crazy the way 3N37 does? " Depending on the volume that you shoot, any firearm will heat up.....No have not noticed any issues like this. I also use Longshot, my practice load is 7.4gr, OAL 1,160, 124gr Berry RND, 1350FPS. Load is very clean, and LOUD!!, One issue that I had with this powder is that it varies speeds between lots. I moved to 3n38 for match loads, for better consistency, and more gas volume to make the comp function better. DVC
