Can we use 8 pellet 00 buck or is 9 pellet required??

Looking forward to a GREAT time :D

Alan

There's nothing in the rules about number of pellets in the buckshot, but... a real He-Man would use 12 pellet! :roflol: (That's what Eddie used...12 pellet 00)

Seriously, doesn't matter!

Denise - edited to spell my name correctly...

You CAN shoot this match AND the IM. How?

Do HeMan Natilionals May 31- June 1, then go to IM which starts June 3.

Anyone who wants this option just let us know. And I promise to try our hardest to do this next year on a more open weekend.

  • 3 weeks later...

Well, I shot my first He-Man match at CO-State last week and had a really good time. My old singel stack days kicked in just fine and running the pump was easy peasy. Gotta give props to anyone who can run irons fast. That was my weakest point for sure. I enjoyed it so much though, that I put a 308 rifle on order (shhhhh... don't tell my wife). I'm really looking forward to HMN and seein how the big dogs get thier game on.

This is coming up quickly! Hopefully, my buddy Jim, and at least sight in his M1A before the match. :D

Oh come on! Sight in??? With He-Man bullets and those bigger holes, you don't have to be accurate, do you??? :roflol:

We've got some great things planned for you including a 6-BIG gun stage!!!

I suppose sighting in is a good plan! Don't forget you need some buckshot and a rifle sling!

Denise,

I'm about as ready as I will be. I just have to ship my ammo to "The Mad Scientist" and get on the plane. Jim is the one that needs to see where his gun is shooting!

I have the buckshot, slugs, .45 ACP and .308 ready to go.

Thanks to Benelli2 and Darren Jr. at Tactical Machining I now have a first class .308 He-man rifle to shoot. Not some NATO klunker mind you, but a really nice AR platform .308.

Friends, can't live without em.

Really starting to get jazzed up over this whole He-man championship thing too, and looking forward to seeing and meeting fellow He-mans in a few weeks.
