hiker88
Hello folks! I need confirmation from experienced reloaders here. Can I use a Lee crimp die on my LNL progressive press? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Mush from PA.
Hello folks! I need confirmation from experienced reloaders here. Can I use a Lee crimp die on my LNL progressive press? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I use a Lee 9mm crimp die on my LNL. If the die is too short, take the locking nut off the die - screw in the die on the press - then install the locking ring on the bottom of the die base. Edited July 18, 2011 by Mush from PA. noylj
Yes, just be sure you have a bushing. What would make you think that it wouldn't? In fact, in many calibers, all I use are Lee dies in my L-N-L AP.
ETexPops
Lee dies for 9mm, 40, and .45 ACP in my LNL with no issues. Use the bushing and you are good to go.

mizer67
Thanks for the input guys! I just wanted to be sure I won't have a problem. If your press is newer and has the EZ eject, you shouldn't have any issues. My press has the EZ eject and I run Lee FCDs in station 5 in 9mm and .40 S&W with no problems. With the older presses that had an ejector wire, there were clearance issues with the Lee FCDs in station 5. Robphillips00
Mizer nailed it. On the old style it hit the wire. If you have replaced sub plate, rock and roll.
