TriggerT
I would love to go see them again, but I swore that I would NEVER, EVER, go back to the Tweeter Center here in Chicago. The sound quality is the worst I have ever heard in my life. Maybe time for a road trip. The Marcus up in Milwaukee isn't bad. Thanks for the update. kdj
Now I just have to remember to do something about this when tickets go on sale!!! Thanks for the pointer, Kevin
ErikW
A tour with no new album? Hmm...
TriggerT
I could be wrong, but hasn't rush always put out a live album after every three studio one's? I'm not even sure if they are at that point or not, just a thought.
outerlimits
would suggest mahogany rush...much more like RO'ing a hybrid...

BigDave
Oh yeah!!! I saw them on the last go-round. Best show I've ever been to. The Rush In Rio cd is just great. Some people complained about he sound quality, but I don't get it. I really can't wait for this tour.
Matthew_Mink
Saw em in Dallas last year (or was it the year before) in an outside arena. Probably the best concert I have ever seen.
BrianH
Matt reminded me of a hot tip.... If you can see them outside, DO IT! I've seen them twice at the Cow Palace (SF), once at the Portland Rose Garden, and last tour at the Gorge in Washington, and the Gorge show was by far the best sounding. They're playing some joints I've never heard of...I wonder if they're going for a "smaller" thing this year....
TriggerT
Just don't see them outside at the Tweeter Center in Chicago, it has the worst sound of anyplace I have ever been. I am making plans to go up to The Marcus to see them. I caught them there once before, and it was great.
ErikW
They have a bunch of great live tracks recorded at Chicago. Maybe those were indoor shows and Tweeter is an ampitheater?
BigDave
Matt - you saw them the night after I did in San Antonio in 2002 (Dallas was the next stop on that US portion of the tour) Erik - on Different Stages there were a lot of tracks recorded at the New World Music Theater at Tinley Park (outside of Chicago, saw Van Halen there, sucked) and that too is a great, great album. TriggerT
Big Dave and Erik, what was the New World Ampitheater is now the Tweeter. I caught the Roll The Bones tour when it went to the indoor (what was) Rosemont, which is indoor. It was the best sounding concert I have ever been to. Erik Johnson opened for them, and it was just kick ass.
Chuck D
The tour celebrates their 30 year anniversary. I've seen Rush 26 times since the Moving Pictures tour, will see them AGAIN in Toronto and Darien Lake N.Y. Just can't get enough...
