Ray S.
While sitting down, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Even if you can shoot two Bill drills with both hands at the same time while whistling Dixie, I bet you can't do this without your foot going nuts. kimel
Hey neat! Something to practice at work tomorrow. All that time spent on hold might turn out to be useful. Or not.
short_round
Ouch ... be careful trying this. I think I just hurt myself. Recommend trying small slow circles first with the foot . p.s. it's just as crazy on the left side.
ErikW
No problem if you start the stroke of your 6 from the inside and work out and up in coordination with your foot. However, I still can't rub my tummy (in circles) and pat my head.
lynn jones
that's a tuff one.. here's another one. put your hands out in front of you, touch your index fingers together. now rotate you arms circular motion. here's the catch, move the right arm counter clockwise and your left clockwise. lynn

Erik, I think we have the "gamer" mentality. I did it the same way.

I think I don't understand what you're asking to do on this one ... I tried what I thought you were asking, but it was too easy! The first is evidence that the same or adjacent areas of the brain control your right hand and ankle!
ErikW
lynn, again, very easy, after initially messing up. Just get them going in synch. To make it harder, start one hand in motion before the other.
