  8. There is no actual software support in ezwinscore for the San Angelo method of scoring multigun; it's a manual process and it is scored as a pistol match in the system, just as the multigun rulebook says it is. Similarly, the uspsa.org major/local match upload and display application doesn't know when it's multigun and when it's not, as (again) it's scored as a pistol match in ezws. The manual San Angelo procedures of scoring multigun in ezws do work (THAT has to shock some folks to hear me say that!); they're just a pain in the ass to implement. The uspsa.org scoring program and web application are working as designed; it's we who are manually extending it to do something for which it was never designed. I'm sure the web app will be appropriately modified whenever we finally get software support for multigun in the system. I find it hard to belive with all the technology out there AND all the "IT Techies"...no one can produce or has produced something that is so great in demand for this sport. If no one can step up and design something, perhaps USPSA should pay to have the application made. Anything in the budget for same?
  9. My .02 -- Check with your ENT....My ENT has an Audiologist on staff who recommended Insta-Mold Ears. She made a mold of my ear, much like the "Ear Lady" you see at local matches, and then the "Ears" are made out of soft silicone from that mold. Because the finsihed product is smaller than "the conventional ears" (for lack of a better word) made at the matches, it allows for a better seal when used with "muffs." IMO Insta-Mold Silicones Insta-Mold manufactures two kinds of "on-the-spot" silicone impression putties called "Original" and "FeatherWeight." The "Original" material is specifically marketed for quick earmold production and is designed to be used within our recreational/industrial accounts. It cures as a result of mixing drops of catalyst into a portion of putty. It creates a finished product that upon removal from the ear, can be coated with our Insta-Seal Koter immediately. This material provides excellent attenuation (NRR 30) and water repellence. The "FeatherWeight" material is specifically marketed for earmold production within a clinical setting such as a medical office or hospital. It cures as a result of mixing equal portions of two types of putties. It is very durable, floats, and can be coated with our Insta-Seal Koter 2-3 hours after the mold is removed from the ear. If you work in a clinical setting or do not require a quick turn-around time, we recommend the Insta-Mold "FeatherWeight" material. (NRR 29) Both room temperature cure silicones are resistant to shrinkage and can be boiled or frozen without concern of losing their memory once an earmold is produced. They have fantastic intrinsic properties which are reinforced with the highest level of Hydrophobic (water-repelling) Siloxane groups. The net result is greater water repellency and water protection which cannot be compared to any other available silicones within the marketplace! "Insta-Mold's Heat-Curable silicones are sold through hearing aid companies and ear mold labs throughout the world. Many of these labs also use and distribute Dur-a-Sil Equal, a specially formulated ear impression material for manufacturing specialty ear molds and hearing aids. With the ability to market these silicones in a variety of viscosity, specific gravity, Shore 'A', tensile strength, elongation, tear strength and/or color, we add a degree of uniqueness and identify ourselves as the only silicones which are custom formulated, manufactured and designed within one facility. We can even make the silicone change colors due to body or climatic heat, and/or "glow-in-the-dark."
  10. No chance in Linda leaving SC....I keep her loaded with chocolate and coffee from her favorite place BTW: Are you ready for more?!!! S

  14. Happy Birthday John! I hope all have a great day!
  15. A big thank you to David and Kim. To all the other "staffers" that assisted in the set up/tear down-hats off to you as well. My first Rifle only match and I had a great time. After lunch, I was done and out for the count. Still feeling a little stiff today after the long drive home from AL but I'll be back to shoot another! Te-um, great to see you again. Stefan-thanks for all the hospitality To my fellow "squadders" great shooting with you! Can't wait to see you at another match soon. S
  16. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. S
  17. +1 on this being a good match. I hate it that you aren't coming, don't let the rest of your crew forget. Speaking of good matches, there used to be one somewhere up in middle TN, a multi-gun it was, run by a guy named Alan something or other. I heard he sold off all of his guns and became Baptist preacher because he liked fried chicken more than shooting. Is that true????? Mike BUTTONS! Just a quick shout out to you! The girl from the EAST COAST may be making a road trip for this one!
  18. There are no words to describe the sadness I have in my heart this morning. My thoughts and prayers are with Linda, Katie, Chuck and the rest of the family. I am fortunate to have known Tim. He was always the "Ray of Sunshine" on the range and off-waiting with kind words, encouragement and a big hug. (Maybe not hugs for the guys, but definitely for the girls!) I will miss Tim terribly. Linda, lots of love to you.
