I highly recommend a 34 as 9mm ammo is cheaper than .40 and you can get an Advantage Arms Conversion kit - so you can practice using the trigger you are going to shoot at matches.
I am using a black and decker workmate - I mounted my 550B to a plywood board using the strong mount. When I am not using the reloader it sits on a
shelf out of the way. When I reload - I use 4 clamps to secure it to the workmate.
I shoot an advantage arms .22 conversion on my glock 34. You can't beat it for getting lots of trigger time and not have to spend alot on ammo. That low cost enables me practice at the range a couple of times per week.
I use the Shooters Connection Tournament Series - the big bag with all the extra stuff stays in the trunk. I carry the inner
bag filled with ammo/mags and H20 .
