I saw that but I decided to just go this route and try it out... I'll report my findings and upload a video soon!

I've tried using the DAA powder check and Dillon's one, decided to send them back due to them spilling powder. No matter how much I cleaned the plunger it still allowed to spread a lil powder from the casing and that's not acceptable especially if you're loading 9mm Major. Once the powder drop is verified you can from time to time verify powder to make sure your dropping the correct amount. It's a lil more work but it beats having to waste powder all over the place~ and yes the Evo is on another level to be honest and Dillon while an excellent price has been showing it's aged. Sadly, Dillon slightly makes improvement but they have the capital to go all out and totally re-design their press from the ground up. However, I get what Dillon is doing... They're marketing for the affordable press market and quite frankly for the price you can't beat Dillon. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for!

Visited my local Home Depot and picked up 2 pre hardened bolts 1/4-20, did a lil magic and this is what I came up with~ I have yet to fully test it out but so far so good, basically my own Cam Guide Bolt DIY~ Now the question is if the metal of the bolt will be too hard for the primer assembly mechanism, not sure if Dillon has a safety feature for their Cam Guide bolt, causing it to break/snap off when things go wrong. I'll report back the results soon! Photos below..

The MK7 Evo is a hell of a press I own the Dillon RL1100 and the Evo, both automated... While the Dillon is an excellent press, the Evo is vastly superior but with that being said they both have their own unique quirks but once they're dialed in, you'll be golden~ I use the 1100 to process brass and ocassional relaoding, while the Evo is my dedicated press... Here's a short video~

I had the 1050 and upgraded to the RL1100, trust me do yourself a favor go the 1100 route and don't look back! Buy once cry once and be done

I agree with the above, definitely go with the RL~ and don't look back, you can get the MBF later on or buy one from Karl Bibb on Facebook which is a 3D printed one and works well~

Does anyone make an aftermarket cam bolt guide for the Dillon 1050/1100? I believe its part number 12486, however, an upgraded one not a Dillon part..? I'm debating wether to DIY a 1/4-20 bolt myself Thanks~

EGW is the exact same die as the Lee U die only factor is that you'll end up spending more. I contacted EGW and they confirmed that it's basically a rebranded Lee U die

A friend gave me a box of 500 rounds of E-Treme bullets, 135gr, HP .356 profile, since I only use 125gr and these were free I want to load them and test them out. My preferred powder is sports pistol for 9mm minor and I am using a CZ S2 platform. What I'm currently loading for minor is 125gr TC blue bullets, .356 using 3.9gr of Sports pistol and 1.130 OAL which gives me 131/133 PF~ If anyone has a recipe for the above grain and bullet, please chime in~ Thanks in advance~

You want to minimized downtime, when you have to do stage planning and planning your execution you DO NOT want to be loading ammo, you'll be wasting precious time to prepare for the stage. Always prepare ahead and think ahead and be ready to execute

What ammo are you shooting to make that determination? Also, is the ammo commercial ammo, specialty loaded or? 9mm Single port is not made to shoot major ammo but 9mm minor and this setup is mainly used to shoot steel and that's a totally different game. However, one can practice with the 9mm single port to keep ammo cost down and shoot the 9mm 3 port barrel when shooting major ammo~

Haven't tested the 9mm Single port comp nor the 9mm 3 port comp, need to load some ammo and do some testing. Power factor varies by type of barrel, twist rate, comp and or poppa holes.

8 MOA at it's lowest setting, bright, super crisp red dot~ had to do a little fitting on the optic mount due to the FTP housing being a tad bit wider but it was a simple process that a dremel can fix easily~ Overall, impressive RDS now I hope it last!!!

+1!!! Excellent... Never allow others to interfere with your progress sometimes talking to squad members can't and will get in your way. Stay away from negativity, focus on present and not the past and above all else, maintain a positive mind~

Normally what I like to do is if I have a bad stage, I let that stage go pretend its in the past, I don't dwell on it, let it affect me and I fight through and try to make up for my mistakes on the following stages, keep fighting through until the end and never give up. I don't let negative thoughts or emotions interfere with performance, many competitive shooters already dictate their outcome of their stage by absorbing negativity into their minds. Such as "I messed up, I suck, I won't do well, that was a bad stage, I did terrible, this is not for me" and the list goes on. Don't put expections ahead of yourself to win matches, overall, etc just go and have fun and let the chips fall where they need to fall. The less stress you add to yourself the more successful outcome you will achieve~
