  1. I have PPQs with the blue stock trigger. I could never feel any difference between them and other PPQ triggers. Did you just want a blue trigger?
  2. Yes, my Q5SF fits in my PDP holster. But the fit is not exact. Best to keep holsters specific for best fit.
  3. I have the TF +6 basepads and the springs on some seem to need replacement. They no longer feed the round high enough and the nose jams into the feed ramp. Are there better springs (+10, etc.) available for these? TF is out of stock, any other places that carry them or compatible springs?
  4. Seems like a laser would be a better alternative in most cases.
  5. I wonder when they changed that. Mine came with two weights. It was shipped 9-22-2022.
  6. I tried SuperVel 147, 124 and 115 using 80, 70 and 60 lock pieces. They all ran fine, with different degrees of soft shooting, 60 being the softest. I was running the 115 and 60 lock piece, but just went up to the 70. I like the feel of 115 and the 70 lock piece best. Feeling is very subjective, but for me, the recoil and dot stability is right on. I have been using SuperVel for a couple of years now. Prices are more than fair and the ammo is clean and consistent. I use the 147 in my pistol.
  7. So, not available in the U.S.A.? I can't find where to purchase them.
  8. Never used a magwell with all my other PCCs, but decided with the JP5 I'd give one a try. I went with the Techwell Acetyl Delrin and the mags seem to almost load themselves. That said, if you want AL, you can't go wrong with Taylor Freelance. I have many of their products and they are first class.
  9. I think the different sizes are available to adjust for proper clearance.
  10. John Paul gives tips on reloading, chamber checks and lock pieces JP tips
  11. Are you sure that new revised one is shorter, not the original? Did you notice the difference in color between the two pins?
  12. Is that with the 80 degree lock piece. Did you try a 60 with the pistol ammo?
  13. With what ammo? What changes would be needed with different ammo?
  14. The 130 Syntech is rated at 1140 fps with a 16" barrel, 148 PF. The 150 Syntech is rated at 890 fps with a 4" barrel, 134 PF. What is the PF for 150 Syntech going to be out of a 14.5" barrel? Testing with a Colt and a CMMG, using various ammo, I have seen increases of 25 fps to over 200 fps going from a 4" barrel to a 10.5" barrel. Not apples to apples comparison. Looks like a lot of testing with the 14.5" barrel and different ammo and different locking pieces.
  15. Hi Viktor, I have never seen an Uronen Precision extractor before. Is this made exclusively for the CMMG RDB? What kind of difference does it make:? Where can one be bought? Thanks
  16. Also, on this forum: Q5 Extraction Issues
  17. Email Keith White to see if he is still providing them: Keithwhite100@gmail.com If you want to read 16 pages of what other did for the extraction problem: Steel Frame FTEs
  18. Called my dealer. They are trickling in in different models. No way to predict how many or what model. They get what they get. But they are shipping.
  19. Should we start emailing them for our shipping information?
  20. From John Paul, himself: JP-5 May update
  21. Told they would start shipping in July. Anyone have an update more exact than that?
  22. For those that run the CMMG RDB in competition, what do you do to assure ejection or extraction reliability? The general advice seems to be replacement of ejector springs and extractor springs. 1. Are there certain springs that do not need to be replaced at frequent intervals? 2. At what intervals do you replace springs? 3. What springs are you using? 4. With the extractors, do you also use the dampener and/or donut? Are there other components that need to be changed for reliability?
  23. Well, I did. Didn't require the full amount and got me on the first list. Still can shoot PCC with my current PCCs, but really want to see my notice come in. I would rather have it sooner than that much later. But I can certainly see your point. I click on this thread EVERY SINGLE DAY just to see if they are shipping.
