They do not do anything special or out of the ordinary for their slide to rail fitment or design.

Venmo is the same. It is only if you tag the payment under goods and services.
-
I’m pretty sure it’s only if you use in the form of goods and services payment via PayPal?

The sneak peak, as of yesterdays social media is a TS2 Orange with a bull barrel.
Another gun nobody wants.

I agree. I love my tanfo. The most is wanna do is a slide/frame. The black/colored controls sets it off nice
Good plan. It is much better to keep any control parts that may need to be altered all black. Once hard chrome is done that is it.

I actually considered getting 1. Went to the store. And tried play with one. But some of the mags would not fall free. Figured it was that gun tried another one same thing. Than tried a tan one that was fine. Tried them side by side and noticed that the black version grip was a slight softer and when i was dropping the mag i was squeezing just enough to stop the mag from falling free.
All that kinda turned me off.
I had a P09 and hated it. Such a huge and awkward gun. For some reason the P10 is a much better fit for me.

What does it cost to have a gun refinished?
Around $500-600 in hard chrome

Good call. Although hard chrome looks so good

Don at Venom Customs will be doing it on my next build. Slide ride open minor gun with island barrel and a couple popple holes.
Unless this is a forever gun I would recommend considering a plate system. That way you can change optics later if you like and if you ever go to sell it the buyer has options. You will severely limit resale if you direct mill.

You'll have an issue with overinsertion
Not if it is your start mag.

Has anyone had a 2011 milled for one of these?
I have seen a couple CZC A01 direct milled for them. No different than milling for the Sig R3 Max or XL. Should not be an issue for a 2011

I almost bought a left hand one by mistake from shooters connection, didn’t realize until last minute. I also recently contacted Everglades to ask if they had an ETA on the MRH and they responded ‘ not at this time ‘
They won’t be making any and I’m not sure why….much sadness.

So I finally got to take this out to a match. Shoots great! Me not as much. Lots of dot wiggle. I hate the DAA alpha x holster and have switched to the everglades MRH now that I figured out how to move the holster body a little closer to my body, thanks @Sarge. Gun ran 100% but I need to relearn how to shoot a 2011. The trigger is much different then my A01LD. This gun is actually about the same weight as my CO gun but tracks a lot different which I didn't expect.
A major PF frame mounted optic open gun versus a carry optics slide mounted optic gun is a completely different animal in the way that they feel and shoot especially with the dot tracking. Run that thing fast!

I wonder out loud why they seem to have so much trouble with coatings while other builders do not. I still vote for Hard Chrome, however I don’t know what that fors for the tolerances.
It adds for sure. Things have to be refitted usually.

They said their coater that they use is the best in the industry. Come to find out from other sources that that coater actually is known for having problems and overall quality issues.
Yes, and they obviously do not use the same coater that SV uses.
Also, "best in industry" = cheapest maybe??

Paraphrasing but Jake Martens mentioned they have been talking to manufacturers about changes to divisions.
Ok thanks

Agreed on 170. There’s a lot of chatter. But no one knows what the board thinks except for the one slip up. It’s all just opinions at this point.
What was the “slip up”?

No. No I do not. And even if there was a new division possibly coming it wouldn’t have 170mm magazines in play.
Agreed that they will never allow 170mm in “Limited Optics” but if you are gonna shoot open minor the 170 is a must.

I was told that they are only liable for the service provided, so if they mess up a $7000 gun beyond repair, they are only liable for the cost of the coating service.
