Howdy, just got back from the range and came across something ive never seen. I didnt bring the chrono so no raw data this time, but conditions were -10 to -15 F (pretty darn cold to shoot outside). My standard loadout for 45acp is usualy 7.5gr of longshot under a 230 heavy plated, which chronos in around 950-975 at 30 deg F. I experienced a ton of unburnt powder at these negative temps, so much that the rounds in the magazine were covered in unburnt powder. I also had still burning powder flying out with brass when it ejected. This was only on my 1911 5in, my 3.3in xds just had a huge fireball when i shot it. Just wondering if anyone has issues like such with longshot? My other rounds were with unique and they shot great like usual.
