  1. The match hotel moved? Where is it now? Closer to base or further away? Why the change, I thought the other hotel was just fine? Hmmmmmmmm
  2. I agree, why penalize for misses on long range rifle target stages when they ALWAYS take longer to shoot anyway? Granted, most long range rifle stages in the past have been steel targets. Will we still incure the additional time on missed steel as well?
  3. Everyone has an individual code (S.G. is 37 & S.E. is 38) Linda Chico (L-2035) 2008 Ft Benning 3 Gun Statistician Thanks Linda!
  4. Am in again for the big match! Do both of us use the number you sent me or does he wait on his own number? We both put in together from our individual pcs.
  5. Dillon lube is all I use on .223 cases for full length sizing.
  6. Full length sizing I hope? Thats the bets way to make sure the cases are sized properly.
  7. What are you looking for? I have a brand new 5:11 vest in digi camo in XL I will sell. What is reasonable to you? PM me and we can talk!
  8. That works? How can it be done? I may be able to do that myself! Thanks
  9. Where can you get 140/170mm Para mags? I am thinking about putting a 38S together again, since I have lots of loaded ammo from my last Para 38S I had. Any ideas/help? May eventually swap it over to 9mm major after the super ammo runs out, will the mags work for 9 major as well? Thanks, Steve
  10. I have proof - wanna see it? Yes Kath I would love proof! Where are those pics you promised, oh, lets just say awhile back? ;-)
  11. Chris, Can you show a pic of the reticle in that scope? All I can find is that tiny one on the burris site. Would like a bigger one I can actually see. Thanks, Steve
  12. Not sure Nick, I haven't used a bipod on an AR in ages. The flipper is really fast though, the lever rides under the front tube so all you do is squeeze it and its down rather than taking your support hand off of the front tube to pull a cord. Steve
  13. WOW! I have had one of those for about 17 years now. Haven't used one in ages but still have 2 around somewhere that were used at the SOF matches years ago. Here's a pic of what I have here.
  14. Just a guess, but I would say the first weekend in Dec? Has been this date the past 3 years unless they decide to change things this year.
  15. Thanks to everyone involved in the match!!! Glad you didn't scare me off with stage 1 Hamp, it was the best stage by far!!! Match ran super smooth, especially stats! Thanks Linda and Sandra. Had a great time as in the past 2 years, hope to be back next year depending on schedule. Thanks to all the sponsers who provided such a fantastic prize table once again. Now if we could have just brought that 75 degree weather home with us instead of this 30 degree stuff. Met more great people this year as well old ones from days past. Was great to meet and shoot with all you folks on squad 4!!! To the AMU and all the folks serving today, THANK YOU for serving after some of us have gone!!!! And , if anyone found a stainless Spyderco on stage 1 could you please let me know! I lost it Sunday somewhere between the staging room downstairs and getting back to the main range. Thanks, Steve
  16. Ok folks, it's time to hit the road! C'ya at the range in about 10 hours! Steve
  17. Thanks Andy!!! I looked on the site and didnt think to look there. Steve
  18. Not sure where Friday night yet. Will decide that when we get there. I am guessing that the sign in times for friday are for those shooting Friday? Hope we can sign in at the range when we get there around 10ish? No registration at the hotel Friday night? I think a lot of shooters will be getting here Friday afternoon and night. Who's eating where Friday night? The WAFFLE HOUSE acrossed the street from the hotel is ready for Friday, Saturday & Sunday morning. Ronnie
  19. 1 and wake up till the big match! Leaving tomorrow night around midnight to get there Friday to sign in and go on the tour! Thanks for the tour Hamp!!! Steve
  20. Good choice on the rifle! I have the sameone only with the 24" barrel. I picked it up new at a local show for around $1150. Great shooter right out of the box! For 1000 yd stuff shoot at least 175gr bullets. Also, if you ever see mags for sale, yours takes mags don't it?, snatch them up when you can. They are hard to find, so far all I have found is one extra for mine.
  21. Not sure about the focal plane being first or second, however I can vouch for the IOR's excellent clarity and repeatability!!! I have the 3-18 x 42 on my .308 and it easily matches clarity or the leupold scopes. You can't go wrong with this scope, I am actually considering getting one for my AR after the first ofthe year. PM me if you are interested and I can give you contact info with some of the best prices anywhere. Hope this helps, Steve
