  2. Why is every frelling rifle I see for sale a "tackdriver" Who drives tacks with a rifle anyway?
  3. I'm really sorry. Maybe this will help. One morning I'm driving to work. Turn onto the major road into town about two miles from the house and see in my rear-view my cat tumbling down the road. He must've been sleeping in the engine compartment???? Never figured that one out. I pulled over and tried to find him without any luck. My wife and I spent three days looking for him, put up posters, door-to-door, etc etc. Never did find him. Thirteen days later he shows up at our doorstep. The previously sixteen pounder weighed about nine pounds. He was hungry and glad to be home. He never did tell us where he had been or what he did.
  4. Wow, I wish that I had thought of that befoe I asked the question.
  5. What's the difference. I can get a 450 rather cheaply. What am I losing? I already have a 650 and a SD so I don't know how badly I want the 450, but it is so cheap.

    Snow days

I know that some of you will laugh, but around here when it snows, sometimes employers close for the day. This morning my employer closed because of snow -- all two inches of it. Woo Hoo!!!! I get paid for staying at home on a work day and it is not ETO.
  9. It is difficult to sing our national anthem properly. Perhaps some people compensate for their inability to do so with improvisation. I can carry a tune pretty well, but I would not want to sing the anthem in front of people all by my lonesome.
  10. I thought all people from the north knew how to drive in the snow. That's what they keep telling us here.
  11. Twelve years sleeping on a TempurPedic mattress. I love it & my wife loves it. However, it did take her a while (a couple of months) to come around to her current opinion. I was hooked from night one and would purchase another if I needed a mattress.
  12. We redisorganize every two years. Its supposed to show that we are agile and adapting to the new paradigm. But all it does is confuse everything and everyone and make us slow to respond and stupid.
  13. So, if you are an experienced shooter complaining about inexperienced shooters doing RO work, why aren'y you volunteering to RO? That would solve the problem.
  14. I don't live there but I do visit Cabela's every time I go for business. They sell reloading supplies. It is located in Hazelwood, near Lambert airport.
