Since we are mainly catering to USPSA style competition shooting, we have no plans to offer a smaller MOA than 6. We feel the majority of shooters prefer a 6 or 8 MOA for competition and that is what was lacking from other dots on the market that were only available in small sizes. Once you have tried a larger dot, it is pretty hard to go back. A larger dot is easier to find and doesn't wash out in bright sunlight. You don't have to turn it up all the way to see it and it doesn't flare out like the smaller dots at full brightness. You can make any shot you will find in USPSA with both the 6 and 8 MOA dots. 17 yards seems to be the happy point for me. You can hit an extremely precise shot at most distances you will ever see in a match and the close up stuff is not that far off with a micro red dot. You still need to check your POI at 50 yards though as those sometimes come up and you need to know where to aim.

There are some pics on Shadows on our Instagram page but on dove tail mounts. The optic will not fit on the optics ready unless you are willing to machine some material from the front of the slide cut as the optic is a little longer than the RTS2

The Double-Alpha Grip Kit is back! Customize you pistol grip and enlarge the hand-to-grip contact surface by increasing the contact area on your grip for better recoil management and gun control. The process is quite simple but make sure you follow the steps in the video below. Your kit includes the following: · 2 cups of epoxy putty (marked 1 and 2), approx. 20gr of each · One bottle of Epoxy hardener (black cap) – 50ml · One bottle of Epoxy Resin (white cap) – 100ml · One small cup of Black Epoxy Die · One cup of Silicon Carbide powder – approx. 60gr · A mixing cup · · 2 Nitrile gloves · 2 mixing sticks · 1 brush The materials included are enough to customize at least two grips. The epoxy resin supplied is enough for several grips at least, and the epoxy putty is enough for 2. Please note: Once the epoxy putty is cured and glued to your grip it may be impossible to remove. You can file and re-shape it, but cleaning it complete off your grip may be impossible. $ 51.00 Do not proceed with this process expecting to reverse it.

I have always used 5W30 synthetic motor oil. It will flow down to -40. If it can protect an engine at 8500 RPM, it sure can protect a gun going 600 RPM.
