Any problems with this build ?

okay thanks. I might have decided on the 16" then is the gas port up front opened up enough to run without a adj i will be using one but just curious.

how is it on using gas and reliablity that is my main concern with the 16" rifle

Okay Building up my competition Ar finally and am trying to decide on a barrel. Wanting to keep things on the light side so i came up with 2. Voodoo innovations 16" ultra light Rifle Length or 18" ultra Light Rifle Length Thoughts and opinions pls will be using adj gas and lmos parts

Yea thats def the way to go for me. We would all like to eventually Get a Eagle or Edge (most likely) So already having the Mags Is a plus for me. The reason I see Everyone running these is that For half the cost you can run something very similar. Gun can be had from $500-$700 4 sti mags $60 each Magwell $50 Trigger Job $50-$100 Holster $75 for a nice Bladetech Mag pouches $40 a piece (ELS) so grand total $1300 On the HIGH end for a FULLY built Ria thats STILL LESS THAN a Para Pro Custom. It is literally THE PERFECT budget 2011

Even IF they will work Im still feeling the STI 9MM mags over them. Eventually I want to move to the sit platform so already having 5 or 6 of there mags would be a big plus and cost saver in the long haul. Even If the mags are modified Id guess they would still work in a sit.

Yay just got my m3000 in. Here's how that went. Picked up at the local dealer handed him my $30 and CHL Stopped by walmart on the way home and grabbed a case of clays. And quite literaly 6 differet kinds of ammo. Ranged from pew pew bunny farts to Full power Turkey loads, Buck and Slugs This thing is A TANK. It ate anything and every thing I fed it and did so very well. Didnt like the slugs I got. But they were Winchester Bunny fart Sabot Slugs and were on sale so i didnt really expect much from them. Put one right in the middle at 50 yards. So thatll do pig. Now MOA gets to see her and give her a facelift.

Hell am I the only one who's local dealer will actually nut up and shut up if he doesnt know what he is talking about? Speaking of that he always quizs me about everything I get shipped in (knows I shoot competition) wants to know why I like them and every thing. Funnier thing is the next time I go in he usually has one in his glass counter. He says man I just couldnt resist I wanted one. Plus side He now stocks all my reloading supplies )))

so there is plenty of thickness to the sti mags to remove that with out hurting them. sweet time to order about 4 of them

Okay I have ever only reloaded Pistol. Looking to move into .223/556 for my ar since I just built/ am in the process of finishing it and advice will be greatly appreciated. Press is Hornady LnL do not have any of the rifle case prep stuff or dies yet so recomend away. second: I need to learn to English

Any one used this rail? trying to keep the weight and ballance of my gun as close to possible as a regualr 16' barrel Ill be using a voodoo ultra light 18 inch rifle with this rail possibly looks to come in about 2 oz lighter up front than it currently is combined with light weight internals and rifle length gas and buffer (taccom) Im thinking this would be a very very soft setup.
