  1. But what if she just shot Limited? with a radicial body, super trick trigger, and a nice paint job on her grips? would You still give her another look?
  2. Does anyone remember the old series,,,,Streets of Loradeo? God i loved those
  3. How about Misery? kathy bates......she scares the hell outa me and when she puts his ankles tween the board and cobbles him.....OMG i winced
  4. How about the new 325? what a nice gun. I just finished a monthly IDPA match with mine. nothing is as fast on a down and dirty stage as TI/SC The 2 3/4 barrel is accurate enough for anything inside 30 yrds. I might not mothball my 625 4" yet But now that i fixed the indian Im looking for a good arrow And yes i had to get a 646 when i found them...I havent shot it yet . but it seems that my 325 will out speed shoot my 625 i suspect because the cylinder is lighter and rotates faster...so I hope the 646 will be the best of both worlds...underlug L frame for weight and pointability and TI cylinder for fast cylinder speed..
  5. Thanks guys I have been shooting it to break in and will wait for more info on the SA ones....Im new to competative shooting and have made to many mistakes before so now i ask thanks again
  6. I purchased a para lda limited high cap in 45 i want to shoot idpa and as a cdp and maybe ipsc limited or limited 10? anyways my question is what magwell is best for this applacation? the gun is stealth color that means black would work? i want something fairly easy to install, and to make my reloads easier . i did a search before opening this thread anyways thanks ahead of time
  7. I want to add a trigger stop Usually hardware stores will sell 1/8" carbide drills (we even have used the carbide burrs for a drimel in a drill presess) The newer 625s the pad on the back is the only resonable place to locate new pin. One word of caution TAKE IT SLOWLY you can accidently break thru the face of the trigger if u dont use a debth stop and arent careful. But it is something that u can do with out much problem. If i knew how to add pics i would post my 2 625s with trigger stops...I set them to legnth that u can barely cock single action.
  8. Thanks Matt this is so cool. now i can take down my shot up old targets ( off my wall) and just dry fire at my monitor Honestly good job i love the swinger
  9. You can always go to the IDPA nationals and face (Jerry M)
  10. I have spent so much time shooting and practicing with my IDPA match revolver, 625 4" heavy underlug. tournaments ,classifiers ect...I descided it was time to shoot a revolver for fun again So tonight i took my 325 pd...snub nose ti/scan 45 acp to a ICORE match and i just blasted and had a great time...LOL What a reminder it is to take a break from things u try so hard at and just relax and remember having a good time..My draw was awsome...my splits were very good...sight pics were all good....lets just say i need more practice with accuracy with a 2 3/4" barrel... It just reminded me that even thou i compete in IDPA it is good to take a step back and just enjoy shooting just for the sake of being at peace with me...
  11. 15000 rounds a year min. and lots of dry fire...We are very fortunate to have a 4 gun master spend his time teaching us his crafts..(IDPA) the learning curve is much shorter when u have a good teacher.. now if i can learn to listen to him maybe i to will become good
  12. I have found that a high grip is needed for revolver shooting. But what i just learned from a master revolver shooter in IDPA was in the grip pressure The strong hand is only a moderate grip...the weak hand is a firm grip thumb over locking..weak hand tilts foward slightly...revolver seems to always come back now.... after a few thousand rounds this is the grip i now compete with...
  13. I Use XS sights on ALL of my hand guns for competition, I have found that the sight that is fast and Accurate. I shoot IDPA and ICORE. With the small dot it is accurate to the longer 25 yard shots even heads if necessary...I have them on my favorite 625, sig226ST, and a glock 19. I would not consider anything less than XS...
  14. Mostly we shoot IDPA with revolvers in NW Ark. We have quite a few good rev shooters in our area. And the young lady was from our club her name is Stephnie, and indeed she is quite talented...U cant afford to make mistakes with a revolver...maybe thats why shooters shy away? everythings limited count....
  15. man with no name (clint eastwood), Festus hegan (gunsmoke.)..and damn i cant remember that guy off streets of ladoreo ."u have to sleep sometime and thats when i'll.........slip ma blade in you... sheesh i cant remember bronson other than his death wishes
  16. I have had my 8000 timer for 2 months now and have had nothing but praise for it...I love the BIG numbers. The ear plug for practice and dry fire is worth its weight. Be warned that (when u drop it) and it fails to come on.. the manual is useless in helpfull hints To make a long story short, the placement of the 9 volt battery makes the timer heavy on that corner (upon falling) the battery drives the metal contract strip in towards the center of the unit. The good news is nothing breaks,,,But u must use a small screw driver or knife blade and rebend the contact back before it will function again. Otherwise just a upgraded beep should be offered as a service with there RF service...
  17. I buy higher grade spring steel ones usually .50 apiece, the beauty is they wont bend unless u step on them they seem to last forever...
