  1. I think she will be in short order, she is probally still getting used to being newly wed. By short order I mean im positive she will return as she married the co owner of our large indoor range here locally. I cant imigane not wanting to activly shoot again.. rumor is she will be using a bottom feeder next Practice yea thats something i need to continue to be competative....I heard u handle a wheelie well Frederick
  2. u mean MS state? mid nov? yes a group of revolver shooters from here are considering the trip. Seems to be 6 to 7 hours from here not bad. I need to get back to practicing Frederick
  3. Good job on your 2nd place finish Sam. Frederick
  4. That should encourage us Shred Maybe i look at my revolver shooting differently, At AR winter classic I had the privildge of being splattered by Jerry (but i was a SSR Sharpshooter) He was not at Mid south regionals I WON SSR Champion , at Ark state this year Jerry splattered me again (I was SSR Expert) This year was my first nationals and i made many mistakes but survived as a (SSR Master) He still splattered me.....But I am getting better I think as shooters see that revolver shooting is getting popular again we will see more folks shooting revolvers. Frederick
  5. I started shooting IDPA because thats all that was offered in my area. Since then i shoot USPSA monthly with a revolver. Dont get me wrong i love both sports. I hope that as we shoot more. revolver shooters on the sidelines will become encouraged and join our ranks. The major factor that i shoot 1 USPSA match a month, and 4 IDPA matches a month, is we have 4 clubs (IDPA) with in a hour of here, and 1 USPSA club my .02 Frederick
  6. WOW what a small world...I didnt realize i have been shooting with Bubber every month icore for some time now Anyways always nice to put faces with names on here... One day i will figure out how to make ma wheelie run like his and chase him till then Frederick
  7. Yes that was epic eric shame it was zapped i agreed with it to much
  8. Congrats to Jerry again Thanks Sam, I had to many brain fades at the nationals, But the good news is I won a CZ75 in a SO raffle
  9. carinab. I earner one PE.... , maybe someone else got my other one
  10. My 1st trip to the IDPA Nationals was a great experience, even if i did not shoot it well I had the chance to meet a lot of the BE members that before had been just names on a fourm. And a chance to work with Both Ted Murphy, and Melissa Ann on this fourm What a great bunch of People..... Frederick Haring
  11. I dont like to see shooters intentionally dump rounds to gain advantages on reload places. This is no good for our sport Thankfully it is being inforced Just my .02
  12. Carmoney, Let us know how they preform, I have not found any that dont wobble so badly the bullets fail to line up, or u break thumb getting shell in(38 super clips) and the refuse to move once in there.
  13. Good Job Sam and ty for the update i havent seen it...
  14. Our locals we have were never that bad but we always saved a clip or 2 for the .45 for 2 legged snakes .......sometimes i am glad they shut down our public range
  15. I shoot a 625 in IDPA and IPSC both 625s have XS small dot night sights (Front)...Xpress rear, I have the fibre optic factory on a 325 and like it almost as much...
  16. Am looking foward to the nationals....I hope there lots of SSR shooters
  17. Grrrrrl, Glad you came thru and are recovering....Now .Get back to shooting
  18. #1 What I GAVE "everything" #2&3 All for This "Sh*ts and Grins"
  19. Thanks Siggy now ma Birthday was complete. I spent the day shooting IDPA in Berryville. Might even have placed better than a known wheelie shooter, have to wait on scores to be posted So on ma Bday I got to play with all my toys......got a smile from siggy, and shot ma silly a** off.........life is great as a guppie in the Shark Pond
  20. Whizz. You might look for places in your walk thru that U can reload, while u are moving to a new shooting stance. If u nuturalize reloading time with some thing like this it becomes very competative for a wheelie shooter Like was posted earlier just have a good time and enjoy shooting
  21. Last tuesday IDPA league we had a shooter that didnt finish a COF. We gave a proceedural then discussed if we felt he was stopping the clock for advantage (FTDR) in the end only proceedural because it didnt seem resonable to drop 30 points or 15 raw secs...
  22. If we know the shooter at our local club a FTDR isnt out of the question...if i am running timer or SO u can tell a shooters intentions alot of the time and we call it on the line. Yes it discourages some shooters, but the ones we keep play resonably fair..
  23. Carmoney, I feel your pain. a few matches back we had a horrible long stage where u shot 3 rounds around barracade tac load shot 6 more than replaced the remainder in wheelie to finish stage... it was a breeze for bottom feeders... but to get a moon clip back in gun under time with 3 live loads and 3 empties was a F* night mare The only saving grace was the MD crashed and burned with his SSR neutral isn't necessary...but shootable is not to much to ask
