I have two slide stops for each of our open guns... most of the time in normal uspsa matches we do not want the slide to lock back. My kids shoot the ProAm in open and we had Shay (Akai) cut us some slide stops to lock the slides back after the tenth round. ProAm matches limit all shooters to 10 rounds... the slide locking back helped to not move into a shooting postion with an empty chamber. It is a cheap option to try both ways.. and if you don't like the slide locking back a quick grind will fix it and give you a back up slide stop.
