  1. Nope, they show half the stage on each page and the are not side by side, they are one on top of each other. It would be NICE to see 1 stage per page so we wouldn't have to make a puzzle.
  2. Some people use the G34 because it is a lot easier to make major then with a G17 because of the longer barrel. just like sweetback said. KC uses a G34. Again like the others said, the longer slide will decrease your cycle rate and slow down your transition speed a hair. Would you be able to tell the difference, I don't know. in the STI area, they are going shorter for lighter weight and faster movement, but they are mostly shooting 38sc which is a lot easier to make PF then 9 Major. But the most important thing is FEEL. Every gun will feel different to you in how it feels and the way it shoots. The gun when shot will give you feedback and you will know if you will like it or not. I have both a G22 and G35 as my Open guns. I like the G22 better because it feels better to me when I shoot it. Again, that is all shooter preference. Use what feels better to you.
  3. I have a G22 and a G35 and they are both set up for shooting Open. The G22 is my main gun and the G35 is my back up. I like the feel of the G22 better then the G35 as far as shooting Open. I have 2 factory 22 round mags with the TF +3 exts., that's 25+1. Ok so I lose between 2-4 rounds against a 9mm, WHO CARES, I can reload ANYWHERE. But if you are going to shoot Open, YOU HAVE TO RELOAD. or it's just pointless. There are more powder options for 40 open then 9 open in a Glock. Feel free to check out my videos and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me and ask. I will be happy to answer all questions.
  4. It is legal as per the new USPSA rules of 1/1/13
  5. Points 53, time 7.14, HF 7.4230, Open Shot this at the Florida State Championship
  6. My HF was 3.6405 with a 58.3778%
  7. Thanks for all the input guys. zsavage: I would get other shoes but it's hard to find a size 14 for me. Nimitz: Yeap I remember that one. I went slow getting on there, LOL
  8. Yeah I didn't have cleats then. I had on my regular sneakers. That was my 1st Major match and was only shooting pistol in comp for a few months. I was even still unclassified then LOL
  9. Thanks Sarge I will do that. Sperman, you mean the one in 2011, if I remember correctly, it was called plank or something?
  10. I ask because I wear metal cleats, but, at this years FL State Championship there is a stage that looks like a ship and it will be wood. Wood and cleats do not mix, that I know from first hand. SO, CAN I change or I CAN NOT?
  11. Are you allowed to change shoes in the middle of a Major match?
  12. Shannon, any word on when the stages will be out? Can't wait to shoot this match again. Damm I love living in the south.
  13. I have a Carver Gen4 Glock magwell, almost brand new, I never used it. Send me a PM if anyone is interested.
  14. Will not work. The CR Speed is the only one you can use with the Carver mount.

dskinsler83, I load all my 40 bullets to 1.150 and I have ZERO issues in the mags.
  16. IMHO, I think that the reason why the bullets are hitting high has to do with the barrel fit. A worn out barrel will not give you good groups at 25 yards, they would be all over the place. How old is this gun? How many rounds downrange have you put through it? And when you do get an optic there would be no major concern, but the high hits is strange. Dave
