+1 on that. I know Area 6 is a lot closer and I haven't seen Sam there in 4 years. Looks like Hop will have to earn a slot to the nationals. James Austin has really improved in the last 2 years. If he goes to the nationals, I bet he'll finish top 5.

I'm going to step in here and defend IDPA shooters (at least the revos). The match this weekend was excellent. The stages were imaginative and challenging; many of which could have been in a USPSA match. I had a great time and I will go back. This match did require a high degree of accuracy, which kicked my butt. I probably added 20% to my time with sloppy shooting. Our old buddy Gary Cuttitta was there and came a CH away from beating the IDPA national champ. We now have to add Craig Buckland to the ever-lengthening list of people who have made me their bitch. Don't worry Mike; you will always be my first. Why can't we all just get along??? PS. I am still wearing my vest. I think it is my new look.

We're planning on 225 rounds for the Friday rimfire steel match, and about 200 rounds each for the Saturday and Sunday USPSA-style combat matches. So Dave should pack about 1250 rounds for the weekend

John shot an amazing match. I never saw him shoot but looking at his times; he must have been off the chain. Elliot and James also did well. This was a great match and a tough shooting challenge. For all who did not make it, you missed a good one. oh yea, and there was beer.

+1 the lee is made of cheap metal. the lever breaks very easily. RCBS makes a solid tool and you don't need a shell holder.
