Sarge, I can help you on the oal issue.I am still playing with mine,i just dont have the time right now. On my powder funnel i am going to polish it up too. You dont want to take too much off on the diameter of the poweder funnel it might cause issues with the bullet dropping down in the case. You can take a magic marker on the case and bullet and see where the brass shaving is coming from.

Sarge, I really dont have a answer for you as I am waiting on my bulletfeeder. What I am going to do is find something that holds around 100 bullets and when i put primers in i will put in a cup of 100 bullets.

I also have a magnet. works great. another thing i did was cut a slot the bottom of the plastic feed tube so i can put a pin in it and not drop brass all over when taking out the tube full of brass.

I wouldnt say the cases are useless, just trim them a little undersize.

Dont clamp down on the expander ball!! you can distort it out of round then your case mouth wont be round. you should be able to clamp on the broken decapping pin and use a wrench on the other end.If that dont work post a pic so we can see what is wrong. Is the case spinning in the trim die?

On the swage rod it should fit over the case, you should have 2 rods one for 30cal and one for 223 2. yes i would run the universal depriming die just to make sure you got them all, a small one might get in thier. Its not like it is taking extra time. 3. tighten the size/decapping die down on a empty case with the ram up it helps align everything. just uncsrew the decapping rod from the top.

I use a sharpie marker and go around the case mouth. it will show you how much crimp you have.

Last weekend was shooting IDPA and a good picture of the bullet was caught on camera, Pistol is a HK USP 9mm. I thought i would share it.

I am using Montanna gold 115gr fmj with 4.8gr of unique out of my 9mm USP. Not any signs of key holing. Unique is a dirty powder, use frog lube and the carbon wipes off. I finally cleaned my USP after 1600rnds, i wanted to see how long it would take to jam up, but i couldnt stand to see it so dirty.

I am getting ready to order some 223 tracers and i have plenty of WC844 powder but no WC844T. I know that the WC844T is a hotter powder to ignite the tracer compound. I really dont want to order a couple of jugs if not needed. So is really needed? Is the load data the same for 62gr tracer and 62gr SS109? Thanks Coleman

I do about 400-600 in 30-45 minutes on a 650xl without bulletfeeder( I am waiting for it) by then i am ready for a break.

I run all my 223 brass thru the dillon swager the first time, then i dont have to worry about it. I save the range pickup brass in a box and wait for a good time to go thru it.

You may have to put the trim die nut from the bottom to allow more vacum for the chips.

I got the hose for $1.84 a foot. http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/239/=h20atn I dont have the option to mount a pvc pipe in my reloading room, When i am done trimming i just roll the hose up and hang on the wall. It would be nice to run a pvc pipe outside.

Get a 20' or longer vacum hose from Mcmaster carr and put the vacum in the other room, it helps a bunch. You can get a universal expander from lee to put in station 5 if you need a slight champer on the case.
