Shooting standard 115 grain 9mm…no changes lately.
Does the problem occur with different mags? Is the round hitting the top of the barrel?

I've even used this cheapo UTC mount in a Glock dovetail with great results: https://www.amazon.com/UTG-Super-Slim-RMR-Mount/dp/B091PWXBFR

Image links aren't working. What primer depths are you getting before and after the upgrade?

Base price is $2,800

Either one of these may work for you:

Buying 80s vintage M41 with two barrels 5 & 7. Slide is drilled for and has Weaver rings mounted . Factory rear sights in the dovetails. Early tube style red dot comes with the gun, fits the weaver rings. Plan is remove the Weaver mounts both slides ditch the tube & run the 5 inch with factory iron. Like to add a modern reflex to the 7. Don’t know which one yet.
Think my options are remove the iron sight get a reflex mount that fits then install a dovetail to reflex sight adaptor. Or if lucky find a reflex adapter drilled with Weaver spacing screw it with existing slide holes. That allows more forward mounting. Could buy a machinable base blank drill it matching the slides holes and profile the bottom to suit the slide. No alteration to the slide. Have profiled scope mounts before in the mill. Not full contact edges only barrel contact works on two mount Unertl style mounts CF rifles.
Looking for advise on function, rear of the slide vs forward. Possible suppliers easy screw on option & machinable base. Tips on machining to fit too. Few I have done made it up as I went along. Last point, is there a factor to consider which reflex sight, bottom clearance buy base & sight same maker ?
Appreciate all advise.

I think the vibratory tumbler is pretty loud, and I run mine in the garage. I don't see a dust issue when I have the lid tight.
BTW, I went with this model because of the the built in timer: https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1021383076?pid=933392
I have a friend that uses dryer sheets, I don't bother since it's in the garage with the door open a couple of inches.
Not sure why you're cleaning your brass twice ... but everyone has a different process.

When I shot a G17 for steel I used a Burris FastFire 3 because it was relatively inexpensive and you can get in a 8 MOA dot size. I liked it and never had any problems with it.

I already skipped a match this year due to the hotel cost $200 which used to be $89 two years ago. Hotel cost, primer cost of 10 cents apiece, and now crazy gas prices will cause me to reevaluate more 2022 matches.

Do you want to purchase a slide with the cuts? Or mill your current slide?
Lightening cuts at this shop are $80 - $125 http://mod1firearms.com/shop-services

What do us Tanfo owners do for spare slides here in the states? I have the Eric Gold open pistol that’s getting close to 60k down range. Making me a bit nervous Are they trying to make me go back to CZ?
FYI - On January 26 I checked with IFG re: purchasing parts and this was their response:
Right now, IFG is focused on getting the guns and associated products in the USA and in the marketplace. We intend to have slides and parts online later in the spring. Give us a call back in 60 days or so and we should be ready to get those type orders rolling.

Follow the instructions for proper grip cleaning and using heat, and the grips work great. I've used them on numerous guns and never had a problem.

I put a Talon grip on my P320.

Yes they fit, they are specifically cut for both techwell and wilson magwells.
That's good to know. I couldn't find a picture of the inside of a Armani 1911 grip, and I have used a Techwell magwell on previously a owned 1911.

That sounds like a BERETTA 92 mag.

Any reports on the Ginex brand? I've never used them.
