  1. I had a Noveske 14.5". I got another one which is 18" that I use for multigun. You may need special bullets for 5.56 to meet power factor in multigun. I just saw last week a 16 inch barrel commercial PMC 55gr failed for minor power factor and all of his scores are wiped out ouch!!!. Speed of the bullet will be less in 14.5 barrel and probably will have more recoil of using carbine gas/stock system. But then again I think you already know that. Another thing with 14.5, I have to weld my break or it becomes NFA. So if you weld that SJC titan in there, you can't use it for tactical training because you'll make all those beside you deaf. It will be loud for sure. It's loud enough in 18 inch barrel. It will be interesting though how the SJC Titan will tame a 14.5 carbine system.
  2. I'll do a BCM 18" and use a Troy 13 inch TRX battlerail with matching SJC titan break. That'll be sweet for 3 gun.
  3. For me just the cost. For me this is the best for 3-gun. 1-6x with true 1, good reticle and glass. If you have the coin to spare. Btw, it's a huge scope also i forgot.
  4. I have a Millet 1-4. Not a true 1X and eye relief is horrible. I now use a Trijicon TR24. True 1X, decent scope for multigun. Meopta K-dot is also a good value. I'll stick with this 2 for their optics and simple reticle and get them used for much better deal.
  5. I went to Noveske Rogue Hunter 18" intermediate and used A5 intermediate stock kit with SJC Titan break. Worked well on my last multigun match.
  6. I'm interested also. Can you add me to the mailing list. Thanks -Raymond
  7. Saber Defense. Holds my 21 inch Benelli m2, 18 inch rifle, glock 17, 6 glock mags, 3 30rd PMAGs. All my 3-gun gear are in 1 bag except my ammo carriers, shotshells and holster. Those i carry in range bag. http://www.velocityshooter.com/product_info.php?products_id=347 Heavy but if i do it less than 5 times in a year then should be okay. If i shoot more than that. I will invest in a Cart because 3 gun gear are heavy. Good workout though!!! -raymond
  8. Accupoint TR24. 1X at around 25yrds. Beyond i power up to 4x with a cat tail. -raymond
  9. mostly #7.5 leadshots @ 1200fps bulk at walmart. Federal, Winchester. Then 1oz low recoil slugs @ around 1200 fps as well. My choke is IC all the time. But i'm ready to change my choke if there will be 50 yrd birdshot target. -raymond
  10. Went with a different way. Got basic 21" M2 from Velocity (not their Salient). Sent the M2 to Jeff C-rums and ask him to do most of the tuning. Great guy to deal with. Instant response from your questions or requests. -raymond
  11. Tried it from one of my shooting mate. Nice Glass, nice reticle, true 1X, and unbelievable 6X zoom. The glass quality is like nightforce or US Optics. Reticle has bright illuminated center reticle. And have holds. Reticle can be a little crowded for some. It's on the expensive side. Can buy 2 1-4 NSX nighforce, 3 Trijicon Accupoint TR-24, almost same price as Scmidth and Bender 1-4x. If you need one and can afford one then go for it. It's the only one that is true 1X and have 6x zoom. It's an optics marvel.
  12. I have vortex, FSC556 and SJC Titan Best break but loud is SJC Titan. FSC556 has slight break capabilities. Vortex is purely flash suppressor. Different applications i would say. Subjective for me. The best is to borrow rifles with different breaks and see/feel them for yourself. I look for those that have ports on the side and on the top. Can't go wrong with SJC Titan though. Havent tried anything yet that have it's break capabilities. -Raymond
  13. I use sevigny competition FO red in my Glock 17 gen 4. I replaced tru glow. Easy to acquire and thin enough to use it in long shots. 100 yds and beyond. Got mine from my GA neighbor CPWSA.com smoothdraw
  14. How about for G17 Gen 4. Can the Jager steel captured guide rod for Gen 4 to be able to use ISMI and Wolff springs allowed in SSP and ESP?
