Can you tell me what mfg the .125" your buying and part # and from whom. I just went back to the irons from my dot and am having same issue. I Initally ordered the gun from springer precision with the .100" Dawson after so many recommended it. I may try the oem back in it as well. I'm having trouble getting a consistent sight picture same as the op. Glad I'm not the only one. And I have to ask has anyone tried a slightly shorter front sight. Even though the rear is adjustable the front sight seems tall for me and I do consistently impact low. Dawson Precision part #02114600 .225 tall .125 wide front sight. Another problem with the XDM 5.25 stock rear sight notch is too deep for my sight picture. I can see all the front sight's post.

You're not the only one. I have this crooked Ed Brown rear sight on my gun as well.

Berry's are plated bullets. Plated needs more powder at least +0.3 increments to make factor than jacketed or vice versa.

I have an Akdal the full blown open bought straight from Firebird and still didn't put a single round on it because it only has 10 rounds on each mag. I prefer using my tube fed with Xrail.

I have the stock adj. rear which is .125 notch I believe on my XDM 5.25. I currently have .100 front and I don't like it. There's too much light for my sight picture. Now, I'm changing it to .125 front so it will be .125 F/.125 R.

I can see some Range Master and ROs are rude, acting like they own the place. Some yelling to shooters. I hope the NROI would do something on this kind of attitude.

I have Rudy Genetyk and Oakley M frame but I like M frame better. Rudy's frame is heavy and stiff.

10 rounder mags is not enough really. Any words on 15 rounders or so magazines for Akdal?

Shame on Double Alpha for bringing this holster in the sport! I love DAA products for their quality and design but this PDR holster is useless. I bought this holster and trying to figure out just to make my Caspian frame S/S gun fit and now I'm stock with it. I just wasted $69.95 plus shipping. GGrrrrrrrrr!........

I think I'm gonna leave it as it is. After the Area 5 I'm going to send it back to the gunsmith to make it right.

I'm worried about that gap under the sight base and this might be the cause of loosening of the set screw. My first match on this gun was last Sunday and I never noticed it got loose (set screw)until I cleaned the gun last Tuesday. No idea where or when or how many rounds when it happened. Last night I tighten up again the set screw really good. I went to the indoor range today to have it tested but unfortunately after 62 rounds it got loose again. What other options do I have to do to fix this problem.

It is a Bomar adjustable and yes it's CZ.

I put a flashlight behind and this is how it looks like. What do you think of this guys? Was it too much sight cut on the slide? Sight base too small? Is this normal? Does it need replacement? This was done by a gunsmith.
