  1. So let me ask the question yet another way; can you only run SVI mags in an SVI lower or is there a modification to the ejector, i.e. shortening, filling diagonally, etc. that will allow the use of STI or MBX mags in an SVI lower?

  3. I understand the potential problems with "slamming" a magazine into the ejector and possibly breaking it. Any potential problems with just running any of these mags with a "normal insertion"? Function doesn't seem to be an issue.
  4. Is that actually beveled or is it just filed flat? Would you have a picture of it head on? Or potentially a picture with the slide off with the mag inserted? Thanks. jeff
  5. I did do a search and found a couple of threads about this, but nothing really directly addressed the issue. I have 3 STI and a boat load of MBX mags and all of them hit the ejector when inserted. Is the solution in the ejector, magazine, mag catch, or a combination of the 3? Thanks. Jeff
  6. Picked it up today, chrono'd it (10.3 of 3n38 makes about 172pf) put about 150 rounds down range tweaking in the dot. Can't wait to try bill drills with this thing. It is meticulously put together. Love the balance. Highly recommend Glenn/LSI to anyone. Jeff
  7. Mine seems to fit well without any modification. Thanks fir the input. jeff
  8. My competition Electronics Chrono is probably 25 years old, only bluetooth back then was from kissing a Smurph.
  9. I'm taking possession tomorrow of a new gun with an SV steel signature grip and I have a new DAA block for it. What did you have to modify? Thanks, Jeff
  10. Found two but neither are drilled. Did you call caspian. Don't remember where I got the ones in my guns.
  11. I prefer having a shield and he hasn't done that yet, or else i'd have his safeties on the gun. Jeff
  12. I have two in Caspian guns, I can check to see if I have any spares. Jeff
  13. V6 LSI, 38 super comp. seems to shoot pretty flat.
  14. I have not, I'll probably get it out tomorrow or Saturday, and put some more rounds throughout it. I'd love to find someone local to put a new fire control se-up in it if the hammer follow is really a non-reslovable issue. Jeff
  15. Definitely played with OAL. It's consistent across tuned STI mags and MBX mags. I loaded up some Super Comp and the problem seems to go away. But I need to test it more before i'm sure. I need to swap out the shell plate on my 1050 to load SC more consistently. Hammer spring is the one that came in the gun so i'm not sure. Jeff
  16. It's a GANS but I bought it last year off the forum. Changed the mount, optic, Magwell and trigger. just can't figure out the nose dive issue (38 Super/not Comp) and the hammer follows occasionally. Jeff
  17. Wish I could get this one to run. nose dives and hammer follow are plaguing it.
  18. You can see it in a couple of weeks. I shoot Weld, Aurora, Dumont, Boulder. Jeff
  19. I do not, I think I got in the cue late last fall. Jeff
