Mine's at 7 pounds and reliable with Armscor .22 ammo. Anything else, not so much.

I use Clays in my .38 short colt with a 160gr coated bullet, and it's cleaner than Titegroup.

Yep, same here. What did work was not over tightening the two Allen bolts holding the primer feed in place (Dillon had replaced the bolts with thumb screws) and squaring and polishing the primer feed bar and housing with a file and a stone to remove any high spots.

Got half my order on Tuesday, the other half will be here on Monday. So two months and a week, start to finish. Since I gots no primers it really doesn't matter

I had mine chopped too. Much nicer to shoot, plus the factory comp was useless anyway.

Ordered October 1st, updated November 23rd. It's getting better.

Both of mine, 627 & 929 were Performance Center models, and both needed a lot of gunsmithing to run correctly.

Here's what my gunsmith did. He slugged the barrel, then measured the cylinder throats. I'm my case the barrel slugged at .357, and a .357 pin would pass thru the throats. A .358 would not.

In a revolver? Mine slows down after 700 rounds with titegroup. It's filthy.
