  1. Here's my night match footage from Friday night. Thanks Jeremy for putting it on. The facilities were awesome, the RO's were great, the plans optimistic! My other match footage will be forthcoming.
  2. Better late than never but here's my vid; was a great time. Special Thanks to Linda Chico and the Stats ladies!
  3. I've got a Vicker's 2-pt I'd like to use. I want to be able to take it off if I don't need the sling so QD is a must. Any ideas? Thanks.
  4. So I've read this whole thread and from what I can tell there's not really any one timer that's really got it all together.
  5. Gets my vote for the sentence of the topic. Yeah, but it is kind of nice to know that the one hole will be in the same place (relatively speaking) time after time. There's no such thing as too much accuracy, and justified confidence in that accuracy can't hurt anything. Agreed. That confidence goes a long way. My Blaser barrels are all sub-MOA accurate. and I like that.
  6. Something I think a lot of people that lose sight of: Not all precision rifles are hunting rifles, and sadly, not all hunting rifles are precision rifles. Many hunting rifles can be both light and incredibly accurate, look at the Rifles Inc Lines; however, they don't have the weight or barrel profiles to shoot all day. Precision rifles you could shoot all day comfortably and without any noticeable change in POI; however, I wouldn't want to do any real hunting with with a heavy, purpose built precision rifle.
  7. I wouldn't want to go hunting the Rockies carrying a 11.25 lb rifle personally.
  8. Gee Interesting... Well, I'll put in a vote for the Blaser R93/R8 rifles. No other rifle out there can do what that rifle does. Superbly accurate, packs down in a small case, doesn't lose zero and very safe. There is not another rifle out there that can do it. Certainly, for the traveling hunter there's nothing better.
  9. 2 to the chest. Well, I would think they should have been assessed; however, is a laser really much of an advantage? I haven't shot with a laser in years but but I think it would slow me down.
