2 computers, no network (unless I can find my extra router), 1 printer, no UPS needed - we'll use a laptop as the main computer for entering in case of power failures. I'm thoroughly convinced anything more than that is total overkill (and a waste of time and money!) With 2 of working stats, one of us can enter and one can pre-sort and verify and then doublecheck after entering - I'm not worried anymore after hearing Bruce's method, cause I KNOW I TYPE FASTER than he does

I haven't figured out HOW to enter on 2 computers AFAIK, anytime I've seen more than 1 computer for scoring, they've been doing double entry - that is, the same score sheet entered twice (blech!) Can someone explain in plain english how to do entry into a match on more than one computer?

Not one person working stats - one person entering. We'll be switching off enterers, so someone will be at the computer the whole time.

I'm thinking that 2 computers should be enough. I can enter our regular monthly match (60 shooters, 6 stages) in about an hour. The verification and printing are the time consuming stuff. Am I being too optimistic in thinking that 1 person entering will suffice?

BTT - we're trying to decide how to setup the OH State Match. Do ya'll have any new suggestions or better mousetraps now?

Sigh - that was the good ole days, back when I was still a shooter. Somebody stop the world, I wanna get off the ride for awhile So um, how many months/weeks/days do I have left to get ready for the nationals? Has anybody seen my gun? I *think* it may be in the basement somewhere. Here's a small sample of our lives lately... I'm driving to Indy in the morning to attend a funeral at 10:00am, then I'm driving back to CVG to catch a 7:00pm flight to Chicago. When I come home from Chicago next Thursday, I barely have enough time to wash my clothes and repack and catch a 7am flight to Dallas. ARGH!!!! Oh, and while I'm in Chicago, RB will be in France. We meet up at the airport Thursday night next week. After the 18th though - I'm all about the shooting (IF I can remember where my gun is!) YESSIR he do. And I really like his idea that you do too I'll be collecting those at the Ohio State Match Gentlemen - bring 12 packs - I'm gonna need 'em (see above post!)

I'm three courses away from a BSBA - my personal decision was to go for the standard degree, see where I get and then go for the MBA if it turns out to be necessary (and hopefully after I've paid off my BS loans!) Also, as a +35'er, I'm doing my classes online. You should check out some of those options.
