Been shooting 147gr BBI molly's out of my G34 for the last year, no leading at all and performs great.

yeah, some of my Army brothers are built for desert combat, I was more of the arctic type those who shot Sunday had great weather after the sun got up. I came in a long sleeve shirt and thought I was gonna fry!

Another great match at WVPPS, glad I finally joined and got in the Points Series. Looking forward to working/shooting the WVPPS Open this weekend.

Weren't they all 3 Open shooters? Send some Production/Limited shooters and they will probably fair a little better. Probably why Blake did so well, was looking for the sight, not a dot.

I saw Coach's post on INGunOwners, I'll be getting an app in the mail this week. I also posted it on USPSA-Indiana's FB page to draw some attention from our fellow Hoosiers. Guess I'll have to drop the plastic and bust out the SS in honor of the 1911.

in that first one, dont think that was from a match, because they had a few out takes on that youtube channel where he flubbed the draw. In one of the clips not posted here they called it "take 1" because he didn't get a clean draw and stopped.

The term "unsupported chamber" is misleading. All barrels must support the round they are chambered for and most guns that uses the modified Browning action have partially supported chambers. You keep talking about "KABOOMS", but those can happen in any gun. A concern with Glocks is lead building up in the barrel. If you read the book "Glocks in Competition", you will get some good info. Most people who reload and shoot lead go ahead and put in an aftermarket barrel. I have G35 and Storm Lake that I shoot moly-coated BBI's out of. I only did that because .40 is a high pressure round. I shoot 147gr BBI's out of my stock G34 barrel with no problem, I just clean the barrel.
